A productive weekend in Limerick saw athletes from Connacht, Munster, Leinster and Ulster come together for the Regional Development Programme Stage 2 Training Camp.
Athletes were challenged in and out of the pool, focusing on technical development, race skills and performance habits. A valuable opportunity to learn from experienced coaches, connect with peers and continue building the foundations for future success!
