Success is a choice. It’s about choosing to do things every day that will help you to be all you can be. In our CHAMPION CHOICES swim clinics coaches will learn how the little things we do in every training session – and in every set – and on every lap – take athletes a step closer to realising their potential. Each session will focus on the integration of the mind and the body in training and racing, and teach athletes how to achieve their swimming goals – sooner.
