Connacht Age Group and Senior Long Course Championships 2025

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting change to the upcoming Regional Championships!

This year, we’re collaborating with the Leinster region to bring you better racing opportunities and support progression to national meets. This partnership offers competitors the chance to compete at a higher level, and as we prepare for the national stage, athletes experience competing in this Summer’s venues.

Get ready for faster races, stronger competition and a fantastic opportunity to qualify for national meets like never before!

All clubs will be issued with three accreditation bands before being granted access on deck. Use the sign-in sheet at the entrance to the changing area.

Meet Update: Connacht Regional Short Course Championships 2024

The Connacht Regional Short Course Championships 2024 takes place at Leisure Complex at Lough Lannagh, Castlebar on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 November 2024.

**Due to red weather warning, Saturday’s warm-up will now begin at 10:30, competition starts at 11:45.
