Meet Update: Connacht Age Group and Senior Long Course Championships 2024

The region are looking forward to the Connacht Age Group and Senior Long Course Championships 2024 which takes place at UL Sport Arena, Limerick from Friday 26 April to Sunday 28 April 2024.

Warm Up Protocols
All Warmups are mixed.
Sprints: last 15 minutes
Pace: lanes 3 – 4 – 5 – 6
Dives: Start and turn-ends in lanes 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 to 20 meters
Back starts: Turn-end in lanes 1 – 2

Live updates, including finalists and results, will be posted in our admin-only WhatsApp Group throughout the Connacht Age Group and Senior LC Championships 2024. Please note, all event attendees, coaches and team managers are invited to join, however under 18’s are not permitted.

Boys 13/14: Warm Up 5 @ 0900-0915
Boys 15+: Warm Up 6 @ 0915-0930
