Regional Programme Halloween Training Camp 2024

The three-day Halloween training camp for Regional Development Programme Stage 2 and Regional Pathway Programme took place over the October Bank Holiday weekend in Limerick.

Joined by Munster athletes, we enjoyed a full weekend with four pool sessions of technical work and video analysis, swim-specific strength and conditioning, and two workshops on sports psychology and sports nutrition.

Working with the team were S&C Coach, Ronan Costelloe; Sports Psychologist, Kate O’Farrell and Sports Nutritionist, Joanne Shaughnessy.

Huge thanks to all the home programme coaches and team managers involved.
