Skill Clinics for Coaches: Breaststroke Drill Progressions for Age Group Coaches

For coaches working with athletes aged 12 & under, our upcoming Skill Clinics will focus on breaststroke drill progressions.

These 90-minute sessions will be led by the Head Coach of the host club.

Once registered for the clinic, coaches will receive an outline of the current thinking on the foundations of breaststroke technique and some of the drills that can be used to support the development of a strong technical foundation. A CPD point will be credited to Swim Ireland profiles on completion of the clinic.
